Shipping & Returns
Once your age is verified, most orders ship within one to two business days, with delivery times varying by province. Please review items on arrival — unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within the window shown on our shipping page. For health and safety reasons, opened e-liquids and disposables cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
